Women of Trinity - LWML!

Mission Statement of LWML

The mission of the LWML is to assist each woman to the LCMS in affirming her relationship with the Triune God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world.

From the Women of Trinity bylaws...

The object of this Society shall be:

to unify all women of the congregation into one organization with the same objectives, enabling them to cooperate with one another in systematic and efficient church work.
to promote growth in Christian knowledge.
to foster Christain fellowship and mutual understanding.
to further a love for and to help provide for active participation in Christian service.
to foster and support the program and object of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League (referred to as LWML) Mission Education, Mission Inspiration, Mission Service.
to cooperate with Trinity Lutheran Church in its ministry to build the Kingdom of Christ.

~Membership is open to any woman who is a communicant member here at TLC~

~The Women of Trinity meet quarterly as a big group on the third Monday in Jan, April, July & Oct. @ 7PM~

Circles

Within our Society we are divided into Circles with various responsiblities.

Anna Circle meets 3rd Tuesday of the month 2PM @ the church
Sarah Circle meets 3rd Thursday of the month 9:30AM @ the church

~These circles do not meet the months of the quarterly meeting~

We also have an Altar Circle made up of not more than 15 members that meets the 2nd Monday of the month 7PM @ the church.

We encourage all ladies to make use or their "Mite Boxes"-our way of helping support the Mission Grants for Minnesota North district LWML and also the National LWML.
